Who is the Monster?

'Monsters With' creates art in support of the local Los Angeles community. This is a traveling show that won't be found at the traditional gallery, but rather at your local bike shop, ice cream parlor, record store, tofu house, or music bazaar - to promote and support local, independent business, yeah, there won't be any Monsters at Wal-Mart any time soon (unless they are on official naughty business...)

... and each show is catered to the particular store - like 'Monsters With Records', 'Monsters With Ice Cream', or 'Monsters With Bicycles' The Monster will only play with things it likes, for sure.

Besides the collaborative effort between the indies, all of the shows benefit local non-profit organizations too, like LA Food Not Bombs or the Echo Park Animal Alliance. Yay!

The Monster also believes in sharing - art is kept affordable - everyone should be able to have a monster to brighten their day - if you can't afford it, just ask.

Soooo - please stop by a Monster show near you soon and help spread the word. If you would like to have a 'Monsters With ...' show at your store, or you are a local non-profit who needs a helping paw just drop me a line.
